There are several things that set us humans apart from animals and one of those things is food. Food is more than just what sustains our bodies. Food, for us, is tied to all of our senses, our memories, and emotions. That good feeling you get when you smell fresh baked cookies and your Mom's amazing meat and cheese lasagna is part of what good home cooking is all about. We decorate our food with herbs, spices, and various flavors, and creatively, artistically, and even chemically develop our food and we all do this in a special little lab we each have called our kitchen.
I have set out to find what makes the best kitchen to create that sensational food and then make it possible for everyone to be able to have it within their own homes, big and small -no matter what the budget. This is no small task, but I'm devoted to working towards it.
